Terms & Conditions 

By booking a service with MD Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Services

MD Detailing provides mobile vehicle valeting and detailing services. All services are carried out to the best of our ability, taking into account the condition, age, and wear of the vehicle.

 

Results may vary, and no guarantees can be made regarding the full removal of stains, scratches, odours, or defects.

 

Pricing

Prices listed are guideline prices and may vary depending on:

 

  • Vehicle size

  • Vehicle condition

  • Level of soiling

A final price will be confirmed prior to starting work. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or heavy soiling.

3. Booking & Deposit

 

A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

 

The deposit:

 

  • Confirms your booking

  • Is deducted from the final price on the day

  • Is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

 

4. Access & Safety

Customers must ensure:

 

  • Safe and legal access to the vehicle

  • Adequate space to work

  • Access to water and electricity if agreed in advance

 

MD Detailing reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit

  • Failure to be present at the agreed time will result in loss of deposit

Late arrivals by the customer may reduce the service time available.

6. Satisfaction & Refunds

Refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.

 

Any concerns must be raised at the time of completion, before payment is made or before we leave the vehicle. Where appropriate, we will review and re-address the affected area.

7. Pre-Existing Damage

MD Detailing is not responsible for:

 

  • Pre-existing scratches, dents, paint defects, or interior wear

  • Damage caused by previous repairs or poor-quality materials

  • Mechanical or electrical faults

 

 

Customers are advised to inform us of any known issues prior to the service.

8. Payment

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

 

Failure to make payment may result in refusal of future bookings.

9. Weather

As a mobile service, work is weather dependent. MD Detailing reserves the right to reschedule in the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions.

10. Liability

While every care is taken, MD Detailing cannot be held responsible for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Items left in the vehicle

  • Natural wear and tear

 

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings prior to the service.

11. Agreement

By booking a service with MD Detailing, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
